Kit and Carol on the Road

It's been several weeks since the trip down to Organ Pipe but I haven't gotten around to blogging it. We stayed in a "new" motel in Ajo. Not quite as cool as staying in the campground at ORPI but for us RVless folds it works. We were prepared for trouble finding food. Luckily caught the one open Mexican Restaurant in down before they closed at 6pm.

It was a particularly warm day for our visit to ORPI. Visited the gift shop (exhibits of course are closed) and did one of our favorite short hikes up above the campground. Took awhile because of the heat and my bum leg but view are awesome still.
