Kit and Carol on the Road

Kirsten took 3 days of vacation time to fly down and join us at ORPI. Since Kit messed up his back just before we came there I had to drive to Tucson airport to pick her up. Luckily Kit was well enough to do some hiking with us during her visit. Even more luckily, the weather was perfect after many COOL days. The evening programs were indoors when we first arrived rather than at the amphitheater. We saw a picture of natives carrying water in large clay jugs on their heads. This photo will go in my presentation to be called "Desert Superstore". Soup supper here we come.
