Rain
We have not seen rain in a long time (since leaving the NW). This morning in San Diego it was raining. We had to splash through puddles to get to breakfast. As soon as we got over the mountains and into the desert--nothing but sun and wind.
Yesterday in San Diego it was cloudy and cooler but not unpleasant. We skipped the planned bike ride on the "boardwalk" and walked instead. Then we took the car out for gas, lunch and a visit to "Old Town". Alas I neglected to take photos on this trip. We have gotten out of the "photo everything you see" phase. None-the-less it was a great holiday. Our resort (Bahia) was very nice, very economical, and the location was perfect.
