Kit and Carol on the Road

Like everyone else our entire world shut down. Our daughter urged us to stay in Arizona but Kit was crazy to get home. I had to do all the driving and it was fine until I hit one of those orange construction things and broke my side mirror. Then got to Las Vegas which is a horrid place to drive through with no place to stop and stretch. Got lost trying to find a gas station. Then lost again trying to find a motel. Have a nice motel. Called for take out at a nearby bbq. Our food is in San Jose. They have 4 restaurants and phone was for ca. Now I am waiting for food and listening to National Anthem. We are near a military base.
